FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

Kids
Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai program for kids aged 6-12 offers an engaging and comprehensive training experience. Students will practice pad work, bag work, and partner drills, all designed to enhance their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our classes also incorporate light contact sparring, emphasizing safety with no strikes to the head. Beyond physical training, we aim to strengthen the mind, fostering discipline, confidence, and respect. Join us to help your child develop both physical fitness and mental resilience through the art of Muay Thai.

Thai Conditioning

Our Thai Conditioning class will take your fitness to the next level while refining your Muay Thai skills. This program focuses on intense workouts to boost your overall fitness and strengthen fundamental techniques. You'll work hard, improve both your offensive and defensive moves, and enjoy every session. Your Muay Thai skills will level up as you experience the perfect blend of high-energy fitness, discipline, and fun.

Thai Technique Thai Technique class is designed to develop strong foundations through functional exercises and balance training. This program focuses on mastering the proper biomechanics of each strike to set the stage for more complex combinations. You'll practice your technique in a slower-paced environment, ensuring you build solid fundamentals. Elevate your Muay Thai skills while you enjoy a class that emphasizes precision, control, and steady progress.

Boxing For Muay Thai

Boxing for Muay Thai specializes boxing techniques tailored for Muay Thai. Expect emphasis on perfecting form, mastering useful combos, and refining footwork. While the training may resemble pure boxing, we prioritize maintaining proper stance and defence specifically for Muay Thai.

Clinching

The Thai Clinch, often overlooked due to its learning curve, is a crucial tool in Muay Thai. In Thai Clinch class, you'll master how to control your partner's body for effective knee strikes, elbows, and throws at close range. With equal emphasis on offense and defense, mastering the Thai Clinch is essential to rounding out your Muay Thai skills.

ADVANCED PROGRAM

*Clinch Sparring

Challenge your clinching skills in live scenarios during our clinch sparring sessions. With throws, knees, and elbows (elbow pads required), you'll refine your techniques and reflexes. Clinch sparring not only enhances your endurance but also strengthens your mental resilience and builds skills both for self defence & competition. 

*Thai Advanced

Thai Advanced classes are tailored for students ready to take their technique and conditioning to the next level. Dive into more technical techniques and engage in drills designed to enhance the fundamentals you've already mastered, while pushing your fitness at the same time.

*Full Rules     Thai Sparring

Thai Sparring are invite-only classes for students who are ready to apply their techniques and conditioning in controlled sparring. Look after your partners. There will be no ego tolerated in these classes.

*Fight Team Thai Training

This class will take our competition team to the next level through rigorous training following the schedule of many camps in Thailand. A little bit of everything, this class will push you to your limits and leave you exhausted but feeling amazing.
